Project enquiries
We build websites and Android applications for small businesses, with fixed scope and fixed pricing agreed in writing before any work starts. Current starting prices and what is included are on the services page. You will get a real reply with a plan and a price, not an automated sales sequence, and nothing is payable until the scope is agreed.
The more specific your first message, the more useful our reply. "I need a website" gets a list of questions back; "I run a dental clinic in Chandigarh, I need 4 pages and an appointment enquiry form, ideally live before Diwali" gets a plan and a number.
Corrections and feedback
If something we published is wrong, outdated, or unclear, we want to know. Technology moves and prices change, so guides go stale. Send the URL and, where you can, a link to the correct information. We fix errors and note material changes rather than quietly editing them away. Our approach to this is set out in the editorial policy.
What we cannot help with
- Free consulting by email. We answer questions about our own articles gladly, but a full assessment of your setup is paid work.
- Guest posts and link requests. We do not publish guest articles or sell links, so these are declined without reply.
- Legal, tax, or financial advice. Our compliance guides are general information; for your specific position, speak to a qualified professional.
- Support for products we wrote about. We are not affiliated with the vendors we cover — contact them directly.
Newsletter
If you subscribed to the weekly brief and want out, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or send us the address you signed up with and we will remove it. We do not keep people on a list against their wishes. What we collect and why is described in the privacy policy.
