Privacy policy

Effective 24 July 2026. This policy explains how Xenith Technologies handles information submitted through this website.

Information collected

If you join the newsletter, we collect your email address, consent time, signup source, and subscription status. Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP addresses and device data to deliver and protect the website. We do not intentionally collect payment-card details.

How information is used

We use subscriber data to operate the requested newsletter, maintain suppression and consent records, prevent abuse, understand signup sources, and respond to lawful requests. We do not sell subscriber information.

Storage and processors

Subscriber records are stored using Cloudflare D1. Website delivery and security use Cloudflare services. Additional email, analytics, advertising, or payment providers will be disclosed here before activation.

Cookies and local storage

The current website stores only a local theme preference in your browser. Advertising or analytics services may require additional consent controls before they are enabled.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or unsubscribe by emailing hello@xenithtechnologies.com. We may retain minimal suppression or legal records where reasonably required.

Security and retention

We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, but no internet service is completely secure. Newsletter records are retained while the subscription remains active and then deleted or minimized according to operational and legal needs.

Changes

Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. This starter policy should be reviewed by qualified counsel as the business, advertising, and newsletter stack expands.
